Bromley Council have secured a £4000 fine, £100 victim surcharge and costs of £5948.90 for flytipping at Blackbrook Lane, Bromley.
The area is near Bromley High School and Bickley Manor Hotel.
Leader of Bromley Council said “This is the second prosecution with seemingly more to follow, which the council would far, far prefer not to have to make.”
Prosecution follows the issuing of a Untidy Site Notice before prosecution.
Previous planning applications for housing development on the Blackbrook Lane site have been refused despite the land being almost entirely fenced off and unused whilst an ever-increasing housing shortage occurs.
