Plans have been submitted to convert a Bromley office block in 17 flats.

Prospect House, on Homesdale Road, would become 9 one-bed flats and 8 two-beds under Permitted Development Rights. That means no “affordable” housing needs to be provided, minimum rules on room sizes can be avoided and the council receives no money to mitigate the impact of development.
